Spa access conditions

• In the event of a delay, the time of your treatment must be shortened by the duration of your delay out of respect for the following customers
•  If you are unable to attend, we ask that you kindly cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
• If you suffer from health problems (circulatory disorders, allergies, asthma, etc.) or if you are pregnant, we thank you for informing our staff and, if necessary, for bringing medical authorization when making an appointment.
• Subscriptions are nominative, non-modifiable, non-refundable. The full amount must be paid when purchasing the subscription.
• Entry to the spa is permitted to minors, from 15 years old, accompanied by an adult. They are tolerated in the pool if they behave calmly. Otherwise, the staff may ask them to leave the premises
• Management declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft of personal effects within the spa.
